Directions For Use: Apply under eye to soothe tired eyes, dark circles, fine lines, and to help ease puffy eyes.  As an eye mask: 2 to 3 times a week, apply a thin layer around the eyes. Leave on 7 to 10 minutes, then wipe off excess with tissue or cotton pad.
